December 13, 2007 - Falak Investments Ltd, a joint venture company between MPL / Novus Aviation and UIB, purchased one B747-400 (MSN 27069) from RBS Aerospace. The aircraft is on lease to Cathay Pacific. Novus Aviation Group, sourced, arranged financing and structured the entire transaction. Novus Aviation Group will remain as asset and lease manager of the aircraft. The financing for the acquisition was provided by Nord LB.

Dec 11, 2007 - Muzun Partner Limited (MPL) in a joint venture with Ithmaar Aviation Lease One (Dublin) Limited completed the purchase of three B737-300QC (MSN 25744, 26850 and 26851) from BCI Aircraft Leasing. All three aircraft are on lease to Europe Airpost. Novus Aviation Group, sourced, arranged financing and structured the entire transaction. Novus Aviation Group will act as asset and lease manager of the aircraft.

Oct 3, 2007 - Falak Investments to buy 5 additional Aircraft.
Falak Investments Ltd has signed an LOI for the purchase of five aircraft to add to its current portfolio. Leased to major airlines in Europe, India and Asia, the portfolio is comprised of A320 family aircraft, B737NG, B747-400, and Embraer ERJ-145. The aircraft were sourced by Novus Aviation, the asset and aircraft lease manager of Falak Investments Ltd. more

Muzun Partner Ltd (MPL) has signed an LOI for the purchase of 3 B737-300QC with lease attached. Novus Aviation sourced the aircraft, and will act as asset and aircraft lease manager of the transaction.

As part of its growing involvement in the Asia Pacific region, Novus Aviation was a sponsor at the 8th Annual Asia-Pacific Airfinance Conference on November 8 & 9, 2007 at the Conrad Hotel in Hong Kong. Hani Kuzbari, Vice President Investments at Novus Aviation participated in the "Asian Operating Leasing market" conference panels. Delegates from Novus Aviation were also present throughout the event.

Charles Yeterian, Vice President Leasing and Finance at Novus Aviation, was a speaker at FAME 2007 - "Financing Aviation in the Middle East" Conference which was held on November 7 & 8, 2007 at the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort & Towers in Dubai. The conference explored business opportunities and growth of the commercial aviation sector in the Middle East.

Marie Gauchenot, Solicitor and Vice President at Novus Aviation, was a speaker at the 9th Annual Aircraft Interior Design and Cost Management Conference which was held in Nice, France on October 10, 2007. Marie Gauchenot spoke on "Leased aircraft and their interiors".

September 12, 2007 - Novus Aviation has completed acquisition of a second B767-200EM for account of Falak Investments Ltd for onward Lease to Silverjet
Falak Investments Ltd, a joint venture company between MPL/ UIB acquired a second B767-200EM unit (MSN 24736) for onward lease to Silverjet. The first B767-200EM unit closed in May 2007. Novus Aviation Group, sourced, arranged financing and structured the entire transaction. Novus Aviation Group will remain as asset manager of the Aircraft and Lease Manager. The financing for the acquisition was provided by CIT Aerospace.

Novus Aviation was a sponsor at the 5th Annual Middle East and Africa Airfinance Conference on September 10, 11 at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai.
Hani Kuzbari, Vice President Investments at Novus Aviation, and Charles Yeterian, Vice President Leasing and Finance, have participated in the conference panels. Hani participated in panel discussions on private equity and fund investment in the aviation industry, while Charles participated in the panel discussion entitled "Operating leasing – let the good times roll"

MALC Management Company Ltd (Novus Aviation Services and Alafco) has successfully closed the sale of 4 A320-200’s to GA Telesis. The aircraft were owned by Millennium Aircraft Leasing Company Ltd (MALC) and are currently on lease to British Airways

July 2, 2007 - Falak Investments Ltd Completed the Purchase and Lease of One A340-300 MSN 117 to Etihad Airways
Falak Investments Ltd, a joint venture company between MPL/UIB (Bahrain) and Novus Aviation Group has completed the purchase and lease of one A340-300 MSN 117 to Etihad Airways. Novus Aviation Group sourced the aircraft, arranged the financing, negotiated with all the parties and structured the entire transaction. Novus Aviation will remain as asset manager of the aircraft and will act as the aircraft lease manager to Etihad Airways PJSC. The financing on the acquisition was provided by Arab Banking Corporation (ABC).

May 15, 2007 - Falak Investments Ltd Completed a Sale and Lease Back of one B767-200EM with Lease to Silverjet
Falak Investments Ltd, a joint venture company between MPL/UIB and Novus Aviation Group (Geneva) has completed the sale and lease back of one B767-200EM with a lease to Silverjet, a Luton, UK-based, all-business class carrier. Novus Aviation Group sourced, arranged the financing and structured the whole transaction, and remains as asset manager of the aircraft and the lease. The financing was provided by CIT Aerospace.

May 1, 2007 - Novus Aviation Group Closes Purchase of 3 X A340-300s from Boeing
UIB Bahrain in a joint venture with MPL has purchased 3 x A340-300s from Boeing. Novus Aviation Group, sourced the transactions from Boeing, arranged the financing and closed all three deals on behalf of UIB and MPL. The three aircraft MSN 212, 215 and 282 are leased to Gulf Air. Novus Aviation Group will remain as the asset managers to the investors, financiers and to lessee.

April 24, 2007 - Novus Aviation Group Completes Al Salam Bank’s Acquisition of one Boeing 777-200ER on Lease to Malaysian Airlines
Novus Aviation Group in a joint partnership between Al Salam Bank in Bahrain and Novus investment related company MPL has completed the purchase of one B777-200ER s/n 28417 aircraft on lease to Malaysian Airlines. This Islamically-compliant aircraft transaction involved the combination of equity and debt in a unique structure optimized to deliver high yield investment returns. Novus Aviation Group, the asset manager and pioneer in Islamic aircraft structuring and leasing, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the aircraft. This transaction is the 18th Islamically-structured transaction that Novus has managed.
