December 2009 - Novus Aviation has concluded a lease agreement covering one A340-300 aircraft to Hi Fly in Portugal. The aircraft is configured in three classes (10 First,18 Business, 237 Coach) and powered by 4 CFM56-5C4 engines. The aircraft is flying globally as part of Hi Fly network.

Hani Kuzbari, Vice President Investments at Novus Aviation, was a Speaker at the 7th China Annual Airfinance Conference on 25 and 26 June 2009 at Park Hyatt Beijing, China. Hani participated in a panel discussion entitled "When will the time be right to invest in airlines and aircraft?"
