January 2012 - Novus Aviation and First Energy Bank have completed their first acquisition of a brand new A330 from Airbus. The aircraft, an A330-300 MSN 1281, was delivered on January 23rd 2012 in Toulouse, France to Malaysia Airlines System Bhd (MAS). more
December 2011 - DVB provided the debt facility for Millennium Aircraft Leasing Company, a fund co-managed by Novus Aviation and Alafco.
Millennium Aircraft Leasing Company (MALC) has refinanced one A319. The 2001-vintage aircraft is leased to China Eastern until 2016. The transaction closed December 19. more

August 2011 - Capital Management House (CMH), the Bahrain based investment bank, has announced that it has made the second distribution of dividends to GCC investors of its aircraft leasing investment fund for the period ending 30 June 2011. more
September 2011 - Novus Aviation announced that Mounir Kuzbari has joined its Executive Committee, effective July 2011. Mounir Kuzbari was formerly Senior Vice President with DVB Bank in New York and has recently joined the Board of Directors of Starbow, a regional airline based in West Africa where he will be assisting the carrier during the start-up phase. more
September 2011 - Novus Aviation has extended the lease of two B767-300ER (MSN 26991 and 26984) to Condor Flugdienst, in Germany, for 53 months. The extended lease term of both aircraft will expire in November 2016. The aircraft have been on lease to Condor since December 2004. The two B767s form Dubai Islamic Bank's aircraft fund, managed by Novus Aviation. more
August 2011 - Novus Aviation has completed the sale of one B767-300 aircraft to Pacific Airfinance, with a lease attached to Business Air in Thailand. The aircraft was part of Muzun International Aviation fund, managed by Novus. more
May 2011 - Novus Aviation has extended the lease of one B777-200 aircraft to Malaysia Airlines for seven years. The aircraft is part of the Al Salam Bank aircraft fund, managed and co-owned by Novus, and has been on lease to Malaysia Airlines since October 1999. The lease agreement has been extended until December 2018.
April 2011 - Novus Aviation has completed the sale of one B737-300QC aircraft to ASL Aviation Group. The aircraft was part of Ithmaar Aviation fund, managed by Novus, and was leased to Europe Airport in France. It has also extended the lease of two other B737-300QC aircraft to Europe Airpost.
January 2011 - Novus Aviation completed the acquisition and lease back to Emirates Airlines of one B777-200ER aircraft through a fund co-owned and managed by Novus. The aircraft was financed by DVB Bank. This marks Novus' long term commitment to grow its portfolio with diversified aircraft types on lease to airlines worldwide. Novus intends to pursue its portfolio build up in the coming months. more
