Falak purchases B747-400 from RBS

Falak Investments Ltd, a joint venture company between MPL / Novus Aviation and UIB, purchased one B747-400 (MSN 27069) from RBS Aerospace. The aircraft is on lease to Cathay Pacific. Novus Aviation Group, sourced, arranged financing and structured the entire transaction. Novus Aviation Group will remain as asset and lease manager of the aircraft. The financing for the acquisition was provided by Nord LB.
