Novus Aviation Capital together with PK AirFinance, today announced a debt financing agreement with Breeze Airways. Under the transaction, PK AirFinance provided senior debt financing, while Novus’ Tamweel Aviation Finance, a junior debt fund dedicated to the financing of Airbus aircraft, extended mezzanine financing for three (3) Airbus A220 aircraft.
The financing supported Breeze Airways’ acquisition of the aircraft, all of which were delivered during the fourth quarter of 2025. The transaction aligns with the airline’s strategy to expand its network while continuing to modernize its fleet with next-generation, fuel-efficient aircraft.
