Novus Aviation Capital has appointed Matthew Leigh as Head of Legal & Compliance. In this role, Matthew will lead Novus’s global legal and compliance function, overseeing governance and transactional execution in support of the company’s growth strategy.
Matthew brings extensive experience across aviation finance, corporate law, and regulatory compliance, with a track record of partnering with commercial teams to enable disciplined expansion. He will be based in Dubai and will work closely with Novus’s leadership to further embed best‑practice legal frameworks, compliance and execution standards across the platform.
