Matt Lancaster joins as VP – Legal while Andy Jennings takes over as VP – Technical
Novus Aviation Capital has increased its senior management team with the appointment of Matt Lancaster as Vice President – Legal, and Andy Jennings as Vice President – Technical.
Matt Lancaster has joined the firm to enhance the legal team and help Novus better cope with the development of its business activities and aircraft portfolio. Matt has over 14 years of legal experience, including over a decade at Clifford Chance; he has also served as in-house counsel at Rolls-Royce.
Meanwhile, Andy Jennings has started his new role with Novus in January 2017 and will supplement the existing technical team out of the Dubai office. Andy has over 15 years of technical experience and has previously worked with leading manufacturers, airlines and lessors.

Novus further announced that the role of Marie Gauchenot, formerly Executive Vice President and General Counsel, will meanwhile evolve to a senior advisory one within the group and will include work on select strategic initiatives. “The Novus Board of Directors joins me in expressing our sincere gratitude and appreciation to Marie for her contribution and commitment to the organization since its inception. Marie will continue supporting the Novus group with several key initiatives, and we are delighted to continue benefiting from her extensive experience” Kuzbari said.
