Novus Aviation completes acquisition of a second B767-200EM for Falak

Novus Aviation has completed acquisition of a second B767-200EM for account of Falak Investments Ltd for onward Lease to Silverjet. Falak Investments Ltd, a joint venture company between MPL/ UIB acquired a second B767-200EM unit (MSN 24736) for onward lease to Silverjet. The first B767-200EM unit closed in May 2007. Novus Aviation Group, sourced, arranged financing and structured the entire transaction. Novus Aviation Group will remain as asset manager of the Aircraft and Lease Manager. The financing for the acquisition was provided by CIT Aerospace.
